To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wovvo Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Platform or reliance on its content or linked opportunities.
