Paula Hlavacek is a Vancouver-based UGC creator, marketing strategist, personal brand builder, and co-founder of Wovvo.
Over the past several years, Paula has worked with brands including Ricola, Magic Spoon, and Sown, producing high-performing social-first content as a creator while also helping brands behind the scenes build stronger systems for working with creators and scaling UGC campaigns.
Through this experience, Paula has developed a unique perspective on the creator economy from both sides. She understands what creators need to succeed and what brands look for when hiring talent.
After seeing how fragmented the UGC job market was for creators, she co-founded Wovvo, a platform designed to help creators discover paid opportunities faster and build sustainable careers through UGC.
Paula is also one of the hosts of the event, where she shares insights on what brands are really looking for when hiring creators.

Brendon Jorssen is one of the most uniquely positioned voices in the creator economy today. As the founder of Daily Ecom, a certified Shopify Partner agency, Brendon has accumulated a depth of experience that most in this industry spend years trying to piece together. He has operated as a working creator with brand partnerships across AG1, MUD/WTR, Minea,
Zendrop, Debutify, and Omnisend. He has operated as a brand owner who has personally hired, briefed, and evaluated over 300 UGC creators. And he has operated as an agency, coordinating creator strategy across multiple brands simultaneously. That breadth of experience gives Brendon something rare: a genuine, ground-level understanding of what brands are actually thinking when they decide who to hire, what to pay, and who earns a long-term partnership. Not in theory. From having made those decisions himself. The result is a perspective that tends to shift the way people think about the creator economy entirely.
● Brand partnerships with AG1, MUD/WTR, Minea, Zendrop, Debutify, and Omnisend
● Has personally hired and briefed hundreds of UGC creators as a brand owner
● Deep firsthand insight into how brands evaluate, select, and retain creators
● Founder of Daily Ecom, a certified Shopify Partner agency
Submit your questions for Brendon about what brands are actually looking for in UGC creators, how to create content that converts as a paid ad so brands keep coming back and pay you more, how to land and keep long-term partnerships, how to get paid more than creators with bigger followings, and what separates creators brands return to from those they don't.
